DT1-14 crawler face drill rig is designed for blast hole drilling in non-coal mines, railways, tunnels, water diversion, etc. With compact design, it is suitable for drifts with cross-sections ranging from 2.5m×2.5 m to 4m×4 m. Crawler chassis provides excellent mobility and gradeability, suited for slopes operations, short-distance transfers, and sublevel mining. To meet various working conditions, the DT1-14 is available in multiple configurations, including the standard model, steep-slope model, and extended telescopic boom model, significantly improving operational efficiency and adaptability.

    • 1.Reliable Crawler Chassis It features diesel-electric dual power system, powered by an engine compliant with China Stage III emission standards. Available with multiple chassis options, the gradeability of standard model is up to 18° and a steep-slope model is up to 25°. The modular chassis design enables easy disassembly for shaft transport. A hydraulic circuit brake system and emergency stop buttons is equipped at both ends for safe operation.
    • 2.Parallelism Drill Boom The parallel boom has a large optimized coverage area, 360-degree rotation and full automatic parallelism, enabling accurate wall hole and cut hole operations with just one positioning. This robust structure improves drilling efficiency and enhances blasting results—reducing cycle time and boosting overall productivity. An optional extra-long boom supports larger cross-sections up to 6 m × 5.5 m.
    • 3.Powerful Rock Drill The hydraulic rock drill delivers fast penetration in hard rock (up to F17 hardness) and features a classic double-damping design, ensuring longer service life, lower maintenance costs, and exceptional drilling tool economy. Optional 14 kW or 18 kW rock drills are available to suit various working conditions.
    • 4.High-performance Hydraulic System The hydraulic system is powered by an internationally renowned plunger pump. An automatic anti-jamming and retraction function is integrated to effectively prevent rod and bit jamming, reducing wear on drilling components and minimizing unplanned downtime. This intelligent system not only protects the rock drill and drilling tools but also enhances overall equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
    • 5.FOPS & ROPS Safety Canopy Given the inherent risks associated with drilling operations, such as falling rocks, equipment rollover, it is crucial to ensure the safety of operators. Siton addresses these concerns by equipping our product drilling rigs with canopy certified for FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure), providing robust protection for operators.

The DT1-14 mining safety model, CYLJ45, is a machine suitable for drilling blast holes in rock tunnels in non-coal mines, railway tunnels, water diversion projects, and national defense projects. It features a small and compact machine body, high maneuverability, fast drilling speed, and high work efficiency. Standard models, special models for steep slopes, and extended-arm models are available to meet different working conditions.
