DL2 long-hole drill rig with boom-mounted drill unit is designed for work in underground mining drifts with cross sections of 3x3-4.5x4.3m. Capable drilling vertical and inclined fans or single and parallel 64-89 mm longholes up to 30 m in depth. With portable wired/wireless remote control, standard hands-free rod handling system and optional remote-control system, it enables continuous multi-shift operations, making it an intelligent choice for modern underground mining.

Siton addresses these concerns by equipping our product drilling rigs with canopy certified for FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure), providing robust protection for operators. Additionally, our machines are equipped with SAHR (Spring Applied Hydraulic Release) braking systems and emergency stop buttons, ensuring rapid response to any safety hazards.

The direct positioning control method can meet the needs of hole operations at any angle of the top and side of the tunnel without dead ends.
- 3.Automation It equipped with automatic anti-jamming function and automatic anti-blank firing system, which can extend the lifetime of the drilling tools. Equipped with an automatic hands-free rod handling system and the carousel capacity for rod is 10+1 pcs, enabling fully automatic rod handling.

The DL2 mining hydraulic drilling rig is a fully hydraulically driven, rock-arm type drilling machine specifically designed for deep-hole operations in underground mines. This equipment can flexibly adapt to complex underground working conditions. Its dedicated deep-hole drill arm system enables precise positioning and stable support of the feed beam, meeting the needs of bottomless segmented mining, cutting grooves, and other operations. An optional rod magazine function allows for automatic rod loading and unloading, significantly improving operational efficiency and safety.
