- 1 One machine with multiple functions, which can realize the rapid switching of functions such as cylinder pressurization, winch pressurization, pipe rolling machine, long spiral, and dual power heads to meet more different engineering construction needs.
- 2 Equipped with Isuzu electronically controlled turbocharged engine, it has lower fuel consumption and convenient and fast service.
- 3 The working performance of the power head and main winch is improved by 20%, and the operating efficiency is higher.
- 4 The power head can be equipped with a torque multiplier (optional), the casing drive torque reaches 360kN•m, and the casing lowering ability is stronger.
- 5 The main and auxiliary winches both use single-row rope technology, and the wire rope life is 2~4 times longer than that of multi-layer ropes, and the use cost is lower.
- 6 It adopts a large parallel quad with double boom The side-shaped variable-length mechanism has a large support angle, a support range increased by 16%, and more stable operation.
- 7 The main hydraulic system adopts negative flow control technology, which has fast response and good control performance.
- 8 The high-power temperature-controlled independent hydraulic oil cooler meets the construction in high-temperature areas, and the fan speed can be adjusted with temperature changes to achieve energy saving.
- 9 The intelligent control system realizes the functions of automatic adjustment and display of the verticality of the drill mast, automatic rotation, automatic soil dumping, automatic lifting and pouring of long spiral construction method, and pile type display. The bus panel design is adopted to prevent misoperatio.
- 10 The chassis can be equipped with transport legs (optional), remote control operation, and transportation and transfer are simpler and safer.
