Product Introduction
HF-DD4 is an advanced single boom face drill rig mainly used for underground mine development, and also well for various tunneling projects including hydro-power stations, roads, and railways construction. It is suitable for underground mining drifts and tunnels with cross sections ranging from 4m× 4 m to 7m × 6.7 m. This rig features a dual-triangle hydraulic parallel boom, excellent drilling stability, precise positioning, and wide coverage. With its compact structure design and precise drilling performance, HF-DD4 is an ideal choice for underground drifting.
HF-DD4 mining safety model, CYTJ76(G), is a brand-new and high-performance product specifically designed for excavation and rock drilling in tunnels and culverts in mining, water diversion, railway, highway, and national defense fields. It possesses independent R&D, production, sales, and after-sales service capabilities and intellectual property rights. The machine features a high-reliability, four-wheel drive wet braking system, and a fully hydraulic single-arm rock drill. It can be equipped with various high-power rock drills, achieving drilling speeds of 0.8-2.5 m/min. It adapts to a wide range of surrounding rock grades, is powered by a National IV diesel engine, and features a four-wheel drive, tire-mounted articulated chassis. It has a climbing ability of 14 (25%) and a travel speed of 13.5 km/h.

FOPS & ROPS Safety Canopy
Given the inherent risks associated with drilling operations, such as falling rocks, equipment rollover, it is crucial to ensure the safety of operators. Our addresses these concerns by equipping our product drilling rigs with canopy certified for FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure), providing robust protection for operators.

Telescopic Boom
DD4 features an extension boom with a fully hydraulic parallel holding system, delivers extended reach and a broader working range. With swing-boom support, the feed assembly enhances visibility and positioning. The 1500 mm telescopic extension increases coverage area, enabling full-face drilling in one stop.

Hydraulic Rock Drills
The hydraulic rock drill delivers fast penetration rate in hard rock (up to F17 hardness) and features a classic double-damping design, ensuring longer service life, lower maintenance costs, and exceptional drilling tool economy. Equipped with a standard 18 kW rock drill, with an optional 20 kW and 22 kW model. The drilling diameter ranges from 33 to 102mm, and the penetration rate can reach 0.8-2.5m per minute.

Hydraulic Control System
The automatic rod anti-jamming and return system can protect rock drill and drill tools. Additionally, a built-in collision protection valve safeguards the rock drill and drilling tools from damage due to unexpected resistance or misalignment. This intelligent protection setup not only reduces maintenance downtime but also extends the lifespan of key components, ensuring safer and more reliable operation in demanding underground conditions.

Smart Control System
The intelligent control console can continuously monitor the status of the rock drilling, hydraulic, and engine systems at any time, making the equipment status clear at a glance. A CAN-Bus or hydraulic control console is available as an option to suit different operational preferences. The system supports both on-board and remote-control operation modes, enabling flexible switching to adapt to varying underground conditions and operator needs.

Reliable Chassis
It is equipped a 66kW diesel engine compliant with the China IV emission standards. Its braking system-combining service, parking, and emergency brakes-ensures safe operation and ease of maintenance. The central articulated design, hydraulic power steering, four-wheel drive, and ±38° steering angle provide excellent mobility in narrow drifts.
