Product Description

HFDD-1 is a single-boom, low-profile face drilling rig designed for narrow drifts with cross sections of 2x2-5x4.5 m. The compact design allows for a turning radius of only 2.85 m, making it ideal for rapid drilling in small drifts. It adopts a CAN Bus control system, with optional remote control operation, offering operators user-friendliness and excellent performance. HFDD-1 delivers seamless operation and productivity for modern mining operations.

HFDD-1 mining hydraulic tunneling rig is a mini rock drilling machine specifically designed for narrow roadways, suitable for 2x2-3.5x3.5m roadways. The machine has a compact size (9.4m long x 1.25m wide x 1.84m high), a turning radius of only 2.81m, and features a four-wheel drive articulated chassis, diesel power, and high-efficiency fully hydraulic rock drilling. It is equipped with an electronic control system, with optional remote control operation, and includes a seat and canopy (allowing for seated operation when roadway height permits). It is suitable for blasting operations in small roadways in underground mines, hydroelectric power stations, and other similar locations.

Our addresses these concerns by equipping our product drilling rigs with canopy certified for FOPS (Falling Object Protective Structure) and ROPS (Roll Over Protective Structure), providing robust protection for operators.

Compact Design

DD1 drill jumbo features a centrally articulated chassis and four-wheel drive. With a compact design, an overall height of only 1.85 m, and a minimum turning radius of only 2.85 m, it offers high efficiency and agile maneuverability in narrow vein mining.

CAN Bus Control System

The CAN Bus Control System includes multi-function control handle and LCD display, which can monitor the rock drilling system, hydraulic system, water system, engine running conditions, etc.

Remote Control (Optional)

Optional remote control is available for better maneuverability in low-profile drifts or narrow vein stopes. The dual-mode system allows seamless switching between the onboard console and remote control, ensuring efficiency and safety.
