HFJ260A Water Well Drilling Rig Leaves HanFa Group Factory for Overseas Project
HanFa Group has recently completed the factory production and shipment of an HFJ260A Crawler Type Water Well Drilling Rig. After undergoing final assembly, quality inspection, and operational testing, the machine was prepared for transportation and officially dispatched from the HanFa Group manufacturing facility to the customer's project site.
Designed for efficient water well construction, the HFJ260A is a versatile drilling machine suitable for industrial water wells, residential water wells, agricultural irrigation, and ground drilling projects. Its combination of strong power, crawler mobility, and compact construction makes it suitable for drilling operations in different working environments.
The HFJ260A is equipped with a Yuchai 77.3 kW turbocharged engine, providing sufficient power for demanding drilling applications. The machine offers a drilling diameter range of 90–315 mm and a maximum drilling depth of 260 meters, while its rotary speed reaches 50–70 r/min. These specifications enable the rig to handle a wide range of water well drilling requirements.
A reliable hydraulic system is another important feature of the HFJ260A. The hydraulic oil pump and parallel-type gearbox are designed with a separate oil pump, helping provide sufficient power and reasonable power distribution. The power head uses an integrally cast gearbox with dual motors, delivering high torque and dependable performance during drilling operations.
The crawler traveling system is equipped with a reduction gearbox, providing durability and convenient movement between drilling locations. This allows the HFJ260A to work efficiently on different types of terrain while reducing the time and cost associated with machine relocation.
Before shipment, HanFa Group's production and technical teams conducted a comprehensive inspection of the machine. Key systems, including the engine, hydraulic components, power head, traveling mechanism, drilling system, and control components, were carefully checked to ensure proper operation. The rig was also tested before being released for delivery.
