    HFPV-1M PV Pile Driver, also referred to as solar stake rig or photovoltaic piling machine, adopts advanced hydraulic systems and delivers quick site relocation. Boasting a compact body paired with an adjustable compensation mast, the mast firmly rests on the ground during operation to guarantee stable boreholes. Its adjustable hydraulic output adapts to diverse ground conditions, generating matched impact force for efficient stake driving, marking it as an innovative piling solution.

    Equipped with a dedicated construction data monitoring system for micro cast-in-place pile quality control, this unit comprises four core modules: on-machine data collectors, differential positioning devices, cloud backend platform and mobile client APP. All field real-time parameters are synchronously uploaded to the cloud management system. Once data exceeds construction-standard thresholds, alert notifications will be instantly pushed to administrators. Full workflow oversight including on-site inspection, fault rectification and result validation is realized through this digital system, effectively standardizing micro bore grouting pile construction and securing overall project quality.

    Product Description 02

    The hardware integrates various devices such as GPS/Beidou high-precision positioning and orientation terminals, GNSS antennas, tilt sensors, depth sensors, etc. These devices are installed on various pile drivers, together forming the core of the intelligent pile driving system. The Beidou satellite positioning system is used to monitor the drilling position and ensure that the pile driver can carry out construction according to the preset position; The inclination sensor is used to monitor the verticality of the pile body, ensuring that the pile body remains vertical during the piling process; Current sensors are used to monitor changes in geological structures. By analyzing various parameter changes, the hardness of the geological structure can be determined, and the construction parameters of the pile driver can be adjusted accordingly.
